Once a user has subscribed to a service, cancellation is not permitted. Please ensure you understand this policy before subscribing.

What is a Refund?

A refund is provided only when a learner faces technical issues on our website or does not receive the promised resources for a course. The user can request a refund by providing necessary proof, which will undergo a verification process.

How to Request a Refund

If you have paid for a course and need a refund, you can request one within 24 hours of your payment by following these steps:

• Email us at contact@buildnation.com.bd.
• Include the email address or phone number used to sign up and purchase the course.
• Use the subject line “Refund Request.”
• Attach necessary proofs to your email.

Refund requests are only valid if emailed within 24 hours of purchase and must clearly specify the email address and phone number used during registration.

Note: Refunds for subscription-based courses will not be applicable if a refund request is submitted after the class has started for that course.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment medium or in the form of a voucher within 14 working days of successful processing and approval of the refund request by BuildNation. A confirmation will be emailed to the user.

When is a Refund Not Applicable?

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

• If the refund request is submitted after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
• If necessary proofs are not provided.
• If you complete any course activity (such as playing a video, attempting a quiz or test, downloading materials) after initiating a refund request.
• If you have purchased a subscription-based course and the class has already started.

It may take up to 14 working days for funds to return to your account after a refund is requested. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS to your registered email or phone number.

BuildNation reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this policy from time to time and on a case-by-case basis.
