We successfully hosted the two-day course "𝑹𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑨𝒈𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒓𝒖𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏" on 30th November and 1st December 2024 at The Westin Dhaka, led by Mahtab Ahmed, Founder and Managing Director of BuildNation.

The program brought together 28 talented participants from the financial industry, nominated by their organizations for their leadership potential.

We had the honor of welcoming Dr. Asif Naimur Rashid, Chief Business Officer of Grameenphone, as a guest speaker on the importance of AI for financial institutions in the digital era. Kamran Bakr, Founder of Pro4Pro and former Chairman and Managing Director of Unilever Bangladesh Ltd, delivered an insightful session on ethics that resonated deeply with participants. Additionally, influencer Sameer Ahmed conducted a highly engaging session on understanding Gen Z, which sparked thoughtful discussions. The team-building activities, led by Quazi M. Ahmed and Shahzada Redwan, added a dynamic and interactive dimension to the program.

The program concluded with a certificate-giving ceremony on December 1, graced by Chief Guest Mr. Muhammad A. (Rumee) Ali, Chairman of the Banking Commission, ICCB Bangladesh, along with other esteemed guests.
