Bridge to a Brighter Tomorrow

AI Briefing Session · Entry point

Understand AI properly. In a day.

The starting point of the Accelerator. In half a day, leaders learn what AI means for the business, what it costs, where it fits in each department — and where to begin.

Why AIBS

One clear picture before a bigger commitment.

Many leaders encounter AI in fragments: a tool demo here, a news story there, a colleague showing what they built. AIBS brings those fragments together into one joined-up picture — what works, what fails, what it costs and where it fits.

It is deliberately self-contained. You do not have to sign up for a longer journey afterwards. You leave with a first move, the understanding to judge it, and enough hands-on experience to keep working with AI yourself.

What the briefing covers

From where to start to your own context.

Six areas, joined up — a briefing on what AI means for the business, not a collection of tool demos.

  • 01

    Where to start

Training, a workshop or a full transformation — the right starting point for you today.

  • 02

    Do’s, don’ts & cost

What works, what fails, the rules that apply, and whether the benefits justify the cost.

  • 03

    Low-cost AI for everyone

Helping employees start using AI quickly with low-cost, widely available tools.

  • 04

    Department by department

Practical guidance for HR, sales, supply chain, production and marketing.

  • 05

    Your personal AI setup

Each participant’s own AI workspace, with the memory, tools and workflows they keep using.

  • 06

    Q&A & hands-on practice

Hands-on time focused on your organisation’s own questions, working with the tools.

Decide on

Leave the room ready to make the first decisions.

For CxOs, heads of department, team leads, IT and transformation teams, HR and L&D, and the people leading change in each department.

Choose the depth

Half a day or a full day.

Both are completed in a single day. The full day adds a hands-on extension that leaves you with something working.

Half-day · 3 hours

Understand + decide

The core briefing. Best when the immediate need is a clear understanding of AI and a decision on what comes next.

  • How AI works, and a simple framework (RCTF) for working with it
  • Hands-on data analysis, content generation and no-code apps
  • AI agents, AI memory, and the start of your AI priority plan
Full-day · 8 hours

Understand + build

Everything in the half-day, plus a complete hands-on extension — so the team leaves with a working application and a baseline roadmap.

  • Everything in the 3-hour core briefing
  • A no-code AI app that answers questions from your own documents
  • A first AI priority matrix and draft roadmap
Session plan

Hour by hour.

A readiness assessment before the day shapes what the facilitators emphasise. Quick consultations afterwards help you apply the priority matrix.

Pre-session

Readiness assessment. Participants complete a short assessment with an AI assistant; the facilitators use the results to shape the session.

Outcome

Leadership able to decide on transformation, learning and budget — plus a working AI application and a baseline AI-TPM roadmap from the full-day track.

Requirements. No coding or technical knowledge required. Hands-on sessions require a laptop or PC.
Where it leads

AIBS can be the whole journey.

Some teams take the briefing and stop there. Leadership often uses it as the baseline for an AISA strategy engagement; others decide they want deeper workforce capability and move into AIPA.

For groups that do continue, we design AISA or AIPA differently after AIBS — the baseline is already covered, so more time goes to decisions and hands-on work.
Still wondering?

AIBS, in plain terms.

Who should attend?

AIBS is designed for senior and mid-level leaders — CxOs, heads of department and team leads — along with IT and transformation teams, HR and L&D, and the people leading change in each department. Mixed groups work especially well because everyone builds the same picture in the same room.

Half-day or full-day?

Take the 3-hour half-day if the goal is understanding and a first decision. Take the 8-hour full day if you also want to leave with a working no-code AI application built on your own documents and a baseline AI-TPM roadmap.

Does AIBS lock us into AISA or AIPA?

No. AIBS stands on its own. It is the lowest-commitment first step — the next one is your decision.

Is there a technical prerequisite?

No coding or technical knowledge is required. Bring a laptop or PC for the hands-on blocks.

Can the focus be adapted to our organisation?

Yes. A short readiness assessment before the session, completed with an AI assistant, shapes what the facilitators emphasise — and the final block is a context-specific session on your organisation.
