The leadership challenge

Too excited? Too cautious? Both can be costly.

Senior leaders approach AI from very different starting points. Some want to automate quickly. Others are concerned about risk and want to wait.

AISA brings those views into the same informed discussion. The purpose is not to tell management what it must do — it is to make sure management has the understanding to decide what it should do, what it should not do, and what should happen first.

Two sessions, one breakout

Learn and align. Then decide and commit.

Session 1 builds a shared understanding. Between sessions, each department maps its own opportunities. Session 2 turns that work into a ranked strategy, with owners, that leadership signs off.

Session 1 · Day 1

Strategic framing & awareness

Focus
Learn & align — build a shared understanding of AI and spot opportunities across the business.
Objective
Agree a shared AI vision and what the organisation wants to achieve with AI in its own industry.
Blocks

Session 2 · Day 2

Formulation & roadmap

Focus
Decide & commit — prioritise initiatives and lock the roadmap.
Objective
Rank the initiatives, build a 24-month roadmap in phases, and get management sign-off on the strategy.
Blocks
Breakout playback & ideas · AI-TPM prioritisation · Strategy synthesis · Finalisation & endorsement

Your organisation decides

Endorsed, not imposed

The base strategy is reviewed line by line and signed off by management. Whether to transform, how far to go and how quickly to move remains a leadership decision.

Why the facilitation matters

Not only AI knowledge.

Each AISA is led by two of our three lead facilitators, who combine AI expertise with deep industry and leadership experience — so discussions stay grounded in how your industry really works. To date, AISA has been delivered in pharmaceuticals, banking, FMCG and distribution.

Where AISA sits

Before capability. Before implementation.

AISA stands alone, but these combinations are often useful when an organisation wants a joined-up journey.

Recommended for leadership

AIBS → AISA

The briefing covers the basics, so AISA can focus on decisions, priorities and the strategy.

In parallel

AISA + AIPA

Leaders set the direction while employees build the skills to carry it out.

When ready to build

AISA → AITA

Once the roadmap names a specific process, AITA turns the strategy into a working system.

FAQ

AISA, in plain terms.

Is AISA a training programme?

No. It is a consulting programme for senior leaders that includes a lot of teaching. The teaching is there to help leaders make better decisions.

Do leaders need to agree beforehand?

No. Different levels of enthusiasm or concern are normal starting points. The mindset assessment in the first hour surfaces them openly, and the breakout and prioritisation work resolve them on evidence.

What happens between the two sessions?

Each department maps AI opportunities across its own work using the frameworks from Day 1, then brings them back to be combined and scored on the AI priority matrix (AI-TPM).

Is the strategy final?

It is a starting strategy: reviewed line by line, approved by management, ranked and owned — and meant to be updated as the organisation learns.
