You have a real implementation need.
This is not the programme for general AI awareness. There should be a workflow, process or system you actually want to change.
Bridge to a Brighter Tomorrow
AITA is the advanced, engineering-led part of the AI Accelerator. It is for organisations that want to implement an AI system, cloud capability or workflow automation around a specific business need.
Training builds capability and strategy identifies priorities. AITA starts when the organisation can say exactly what it wants to change.
That might be HR CV screening, procurement document workflows, finance reporting, supply chain query support, operations SOP assistance, customer service knowledge systems, sales workflows or quality and compliance documentation. The solution has to make sense to the people who own the work, fit your IT systems, respect data and security requirements, and work as a usable product rather than a demo.
The people who own the process stay involved, rather than handing the problem to a technical team and waiting for the result.
The exact build depends on the workflow, but the logic is consistent.
Clarify the workflow, users, data, constraints, success criteria and the system that needs to change.
Work through architecture, automation approach, integrations, data handling, human oversight and practical constraints.
Test the proposed approach against representative work, so the organisation learns what actually works before scaling.
Run it with real users, evaluate the results and refine the workflow, safeguards and product experience.
When the solution is ready, integrate it into the organisation’s environment and operating process.

AITA needs active involvement from your IT or engineering team — or a team that has completed AIPA and understands AI well enough to help build.
Examples that illustrate the range of business problems AITA can address.
No. It is an engineering and product engagement with teaching where needed. The goal is implementation, not attendance.
Yes — when an IT / engineering team participates substantively and can work through the technical decisions with the delivery team.
No. You can come to us when you know you want to automate or improve a workflow. We can help identify the right opportunity, shape the solution and decide whether AITA is the right route.
That is useful information. Scoping should make it visible before a larger implementation commitment is made.
Each programme answers a different AI question — and each one stands alone.
